De Groeipraktijk is een multidisciplinaire praktijk rond ontwikkelingsvragen die inspeelt op ieders talenten en sterktes. Ik begeleid er volwassenen die tijdelijk het gevoel hebben niet op het juiste pad te zitten. We staan stil bij de obstakels die voor je liggen. Dat kunnen afhankelijkheids-makende middelen zijn zoals alcohol of andere drugs, mentale moeilijkheden zoals depressie, angst, trauma, vragen rond zingeving in je privéleven, werk, relaties, enz. Ik bevraag de huidige situatie en de moeilijkheden die je momenteel ervaart. Dan kijken we naar de veranderwens en naar wat er wel reeds goed gaat. Vanuit je eigen sterktes en krachten – jij bent de expert van je eigen leven - kijken we naar de mogelijkheden die zich aandienen om helemaal ”je eigen ding te gaan doen”, want een gezond en leuk leven is veel meer dan oplossen wat niet goed gaat. Wat wil je in de plaats van je aanmeldingsvraag? Met zorg, humor en vrijheid als belangrijke waarden gaan we samen op pad naar je nieuwe bestemming.

The Growth Practice is a multidisciplinary practice on development issues that builds up your talents and strengths. I guide adults who temporarily feel that they are not on the right path. We reflect on the obstacles ahead. These can be dependency-inducing substances such as alcohol or other drugs, mental difficulties such as depression, anxiety, trauma, questions about meaning in their private life, work, relationships, etc. I question the current situation and the difficulties people are currently experiencing. Then we look at the change wish and at what is already going well. From your own strengths and powers - you are the expert of your own life - we look at the opportunities that present themselves to "do your own thing", because a healthy and fun life is much more than solving what's not going well. What do you want instead of your initial concerns? With care, humor and freedom as important values, we set off together to your new destination.
